Our players and DACs process lossless formats such as FLAC, ALAC, WAV, and DSD up to native 512x rate. For streaming services, AAC, MP3, and Ogg Vorbis are also compatible. You can find the exact list in the data sheet of the respective model.
Yes, all our amplifiers and interfaces offer both a 6.35 mm jack output and a balanced 4.4 mm Pentaconn connection. For in-ear monitors with a 3.5 mm plug, we include an adapter.
The basic configuration via our app takes about 20 minutes. For optimal tuning of room acoustics and setting up zones, we recommend an on-site appointment, which takes one to two hours depending on the size of the building.
Yes, we provide a two-year warranty on all active components. Passive speakers and cables are covered for three years. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by improper handling or overvoltage.

Use a slightly damp microfiber cloth without cleaning agents. For leather or velour pads, wiping once a week is sufficient. Avoid harsh brushes or alcohol, as this can damage the coating. In case of heavy soiling, we offer a replacement service.
